JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Accountant – Team Leader, you will be responsible for your team’s employees, clients, processes, and services.
Your work will also include:
- Leading and coordinating the work of a small accounting team;
- Providing professional support and fostering the development of team members;
- Collaborating with clients;
- Staying informed about and ensuring compliance with accounting-related legal regulations.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Secondary, higher, or university degree in economics or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an accounting firm;
- Proficiency in English, while knowledge of German is considered an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
LOCATION
The position of Accountant – Team Leader is based at Horvatova 80a, Zagreb.
