HR Administrator (SLO)

We are looking for a colleague who would professionally fight for other workers’ rights.

Someone who would actually do something for other workers’ rights. Prepare and review employment contracts, arrange sick leave, holidays, and a bunch of other formalities, ensuring that everything is as it should be between an employer and an employee. Our clients want us to take care of it. Now that there are more and more such clients, we can no longer do everything by ourselves. That’s why we’d like you to join us. Our regular and systematic trainings will ensure that you stay up – to – date with everything you need to know, and our experienced colleagues will help you quickly catch the rhythm.

There are many ways to fight for workers’ rights, but only a few are as concrete and effective.

As an HR administrator, you will take care for our clients’ operational HR tasks.


  • preparation of employment contracts
  • preparation of other contracts (copyright agreements, labour contracts, etc.)
  • filling in M1, M2, M3, M12 forms
  • preparation of referrals for medical examinations
  • safety at work
  • preparation of notices for annual leave
  • taking care of the up – to – dateness and validity of documents and contracts
  • knowledge of employment procedures for foreigners
  • knowledge of disability procedures
  • monitoring employee attendance and preparation of attendance data for payroll
  • administrative support to the payroll accountant
  • regular communication with our clients
  • other HR related tasks

  • 2 years of similar work experience
  • desire to work in a dynamic environment
  • knowledge of employee attendance programmes such as Špica, Allhours, Četrta pot and similar
  • active knowledge of Slovene language


HR Administrator position can be performed at company’s headquarters – Tržaška cesta 515, 1 351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani.
