We are looking for someone reliable in communication and organization, adept at tactical approaches, and capable of navigating complex situations. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, bridging them with our operational teams. If you excel at anticipating issues and resolving them proactively, we would be interested in hearing from you. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of key clients.
Your work will also involve:
- Understanding and addressing client needs;
- Acting as a communication link between key clients and internal teams;
- Assisting in resolving various challenges;
- Coordinating pricing and negotiating with clients;
- Cross-selling our services.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- A university degree in economics;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in sales;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications;
