Key Account Manager (CRO)

We are looking for an associate to take care of our elite division of clients.

Our key clients include large international corporations and many prestigious companies. We are looking for an associate who will serve as our liaison with these clients. We seek someone at the beginning of their career, eager to gain experience and become an expert in this field. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of key clients.

Your work will also involve:

  • Client communication and relationship management;
  • Assisting in resolving complaints, collection, or other problems of key clients;
  • Responding to key clients’ cancellations;
  • Price alignment in the region;
  • Price monitoring and negotiation of price adjustments;
  • Maintaining and expanding business within established sales channels;
  • Assisting the sales network.

  • Advanced educational background in economics and finance;
  • At least one year of experience in the position of Key Account Manager or in sales;
  • Advanced knowledge of Google tools and MS Office applications;
  • Proficiency in English language;
  • B category driver’s license.
