JOB DESCRIPTION

As an M&A Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing M&A projects, including due diligence and company valuation.

Your work will also include:

  • Analyzing financial data, conducting market research on comparable companies, and preparing financial and valuation models;
  • Coordinating the entire company acquisition process for the Group and monitoring its success;
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with business partners and colleagues from other departments and companies.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • A university degree in economics, finance, or law;
  • A minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in financial advisory or working on M&A projects;
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, along with proficiency in Excel and related tools;
  • Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong ability to work in a team.

LOCATION

The position of M&A Senior Associate is based at Horvatova 80a, Zagreb.
