JOB POSITION
As a payroll specialist, you will be responsible for payroll preparation and advisory services for our clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ALSO INCLUDE
- Calculating other personal income, preparing reimbursement claims, maintaining personnel files, and performing other payroll-related tasks.
- Communicating and providing consulting services to clients.
- Collaborating with external institutions (e.g., ZZZS, ZPIZ, FURS, etc.).
- Ensuring payroll processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- A completed associate’s or bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

LOCATION
This payroll specialist position can be performed at any of Unija’s offices, including Brezovica pri Ljubljani, Maribor, Celje, Novo mesto, Idrija, Škofja Loka, or Krško.
