Sales Coordinator (BiH)

We are looking for a team member who can help our potential clients become regular customers.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will actively engage in finding new collaboration opportunities with potential clients.

Your tasks will include:

  • Market research and proactive sales of accounting, payroll, consulting, and IT services;
  • Organizing and independently leading meetings;
  • Preparing offers and CRM management;
  • Working closely with the sales team;
  • Attending networking events;
  • Executing all sales-related activities (preparing offers, signing contracts, meetings with clients);
  • Preparing onboarding activities for new clients;
  • Coordinating the handover process.

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Excel;
  • Strong communication skills and proactivity.
