JOB DESCRIPTION
Working as a Finance Manager, your role will involve originating, executing, and providing consulting services to clients, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Your work will also include:
- Leading the business/financial advisory department;
- Preparation of financial models for assessing business or project values;
- Performing in-depth analysis of financial statements;
- Providing financial and accounting advisory services to clients (rent-a-CFO services);
- Implementation of management reporting systems (power BI), controlling systems, etc;
- Experience in corporate finance (M&A, DD) is a plus.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Advanced educational background in economics and finance;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, (previous experience in Big4 companies is a plus);
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, Power BI tools, and accounting software;
- Preferably, previous experience in team management and international work environments;
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development (CFA, ACCA, MBA);
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
